Refund policy
Since these are personalized items that are custom made for you, we can not accept returns. If we send the wrong item or if the item is defective we will either replace the item or give you a full refund.
If you have any other issues we will look into these on a case by case basis.
We unfortunately can not give refunds to due to standard shipping delays. With Express Shipping, we can offer a refund on shipping cost if your order is not delivered in 1-2 business days. In some cases we may also offer a refund for the product. If a standard or priority order is not delivered within 2 weeks (US customers only) we can reship the item.
